Napa County is an incredible place to raise a family, in large part because of our strong public schools. Having high quality K-12 education doesn't happen by accident, it is the result of decades of sound investment, good planning, extraordinary teachers, and dedicated staff.

This success also doesn't come without challenges. I have been a classroom teacher and know the obstacles facing public education—from the classroom, to the playground, to our district offices.

As Superintendent, I am proud to lead the Napa County Office of Education team on a daily basis to support academic achievement, health and wellness, and college and career readiness for all students, while also helping our school districts run effective programs in a fiscally responsible manner.

It is my honor to have the opportunity to put my experience to work in service of our local school communities—and the teachers, families and students who comprise them. I hope to earn your vote.
